SXSW Must See Act: Heathers

My favorite Irish duo, Heathers, will be performing for the first time at SXSW! This is a must see for any lover of pop music with substance. Normally I really detest comparing bands to each other but if you love Tegan & Sara, you will love Heathers. Much like Tegan & Sara, Heathers is formed by twin-sisters; Louise & Ellie MacnamaraI.  However, Heathers have a complete identity of their own. Their music is a breath of fresh air in the music world, never failing to deliver beautiful melodies and hooks that are completely irresistible. Lyrically the songs are pure brilliance and empowering without trying to or coming across too preachy.
